over 900+ massage and facial appointments per month , and we’re growing fast!
This role is for someone who finds meaning in helping others feel better, live healthier, and commit to themselves.

What You'll Do
Deliver an exceptional experience for every client, every time they walk through our doors.
Introduce clients to the Elements Wellness Program—a no-hassle membership designed to help them see lasting results.
Be the welcoming face of hospitality—on the phone and in-studio.
Ensure client paperwork, check‑ins, and payments are handled quickly and accurately.
Collaborate with Massage Therapists, Estheticians, and Managers to create a seamless and supportive environment.
Compensation & Benefits
Base Pay $16-$18/hour
Commissions $5-$20 per membership sale
Bonus opportunities based on studio growth and team milestones
Medical & dental insurance (for full‑time team members - 32+ hours/week)
Paid time off (for full‑time team members - 32+ hours/week)
