You Will

Assist staff with the installation, relocation, configuration, and ongoing functionality of desktop computers, peripheral equipment, and software within established standards and guidelines.

Perform computer imaging and hardware troubleshooting of both laptop and desktop computers, with a thorough understanding of Microsoft operating systems and associated software.

Maintain inventory levels and facilitate/tracking shipments of IT equipment to end users.

Act as liaison between IT and branch sites/offices for various IT and operational projects and evolutions.

Monitor and complete all support and project‑related tasks and activities, entering, monitoring, and completing all entries in the support desk tracking system, including issue description, troubleshooting steps, resolution, and status marking.

Interact with subject matter experts from other IT teams—such as Clinical Applications, IS Admins, and Infrastructure—to resolve user issues.

Utilize industry best practices to maintain appropriate levels of LAN/WAN and computer system security as established, and work with Cyber Team support staff to remediate any noted deficiencies.

Provide basic troubleshooting for MAC, iOS, and Android operating systems.

Perform other duties and responsibilities as requested.

To Ensure Success In This Role, You Must Have

Level of knowledge equivalent to that ordinarily acquired through completion of an associate’s degree in a related technical field, plus a minimum of two years of related work experience.

CompTIA A+ certification preferred.

CompTIA Network+ certification preferred.

Must hold a current and valid driver’s license in good standing.

Vehicle access: if not owned, candidates must demonstrate the ability to secure transportation as needed.

Pay Range $25.00 – $33.00 per hour
