Job Description
Begin your new home sales career as a Sales Associate with David Weekley Homes. We are currently seeking enthusiastic and driven individuals who love relationship-building and truly have a passion for delivering a great experience. Previous new home sales experience is not necessary. Your responsibility is to bring a great attitude, a strong work ethic and a willingness to learn!
What You'll Do Sales Associates will participate in David Weekley Homes' training program while supporting Sales Consultants through customer service, administrative tasks, marketing, and other duties for 6-12 months- learning the skills needed to be successful in residential construction sales. Our goal is to train and promote you to a Sales Consultant within that timeframe.
Responsibilities
Maintain a high level of customer service when interacting with prospective homeowners, realtors, homeowners, etc.
Effectively communicate with prospective homeowners, realtors, homeowners, and team members
Present the build process to prospective homeowners
Various administrative tasks
Various marketing tasks
Qualifications
Ability to work weekends, evenings & some holidays is required
Driven to excel
Enjoy learning and taking on new challenges
Enjoy building relationships with people
A positive, team-player attitude
Bachelor's degree or experience in sales, marketing, communications, hospitality or related customer-facing roles
