Reliant Fire Apparatus, Inc. is searching for a professional, self-driven Fire Apparatus and Equipment Sales Representative to join the team.
Reliant Fire Apparatus was formed in 1994 and is dedicated to being the most reliable fire apparatus supplier and service organization. Reliant Fire Apparatus’ mission is to provide superior products and service to our customers and develop long-term relationships which will lead to continued customer satisfaction and in doing so will establish and maintain our customer’s and Reliant’s continued long-term success.
Position Overview:
The person in the position of Fire Apparatus and Equipment Sales Representative within Reliant Fire Apparatus, Inc. will be responsible for all sales activities from lead generation through orientation training in assigned territory. This person will develop and implement the agreement-upon sales plan which will meet both personal and business goals of expanding customer base and hitting goals in the company territory served. Will work within sales and support teams for the achievement of customer satisfaction, revenue generation, and long-term account goals in line with company vision and values. This person will be responsible for managing quality and consistency of product and service delivery. Required Skills & Knowledge:
Able to present and sell company products and services Identified and prepared action plans and schedules to identify specific leads, targets, numbers, and referral. Maintain accurate records. Comfortable preparing and delivering presentations Create and develop sales materials to help potential clients. Establish and maintain great client relationships; manage account services and follow up communication. Proficient in creating and owning their own business plans in assigned territory. Proficient in Microsoft Outlook, Salesforce, SharePoint and E-Files to maintain accurate records and maximize territory potential. Provide monthly forecasts of sales. Participate in marketing events such as seminars and trade shows. Demonstrate ability to interact and cooperate with all company employees. build trust, value others, communicate effectively, drive execution, foster innovation, focus on the customer, collaborate with others, solve problems creatively and demonstrate high integrity Comfortable providing training to customers and complete all company delivery packages and be able to load them into OEM system. Submit and follow up on invoices of sales contracts to customers Be able to maintain customer satisfaction Be able to acquire CDL license withing 6 months of employment. High School or two years of related experience
