In-house Sales Rep/ TO specialist

who will drive revenue growth and provide advanced closing support to modernize our resort sales results. Your Impact

Drive revenue by conducting high-quality sales presentations for existing owners and potential buyers regarding deeded real estate interests.

Partner with the broader sales team as a T/O Specialist to step into active presentations, resolve inquiries, and close complex deals.

Implement coaching and motivational strategies to help fellow sales representatives meet and exceed their individual and team goals.

Define excellence in transaction management by verifying documentation and ensuring 100% accuracy in all sales paperwork.

Champion market awareness by staying current on financial data, inventory, and industry developments through daily activities.

What You Bring

Required previous experience in the timeshare industry, with a preferred background in direct sales roles.

Active Florida Real Estate or Broker License is a mandatory requirement for this position.

Proven ability to build rapport and communicate effectively with an outgoing, energetic, and people-focused mindset.

Strength in conflict resolution and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, in-person sales environment.

Flexibility to work weekends, holidays, and extended hours to meet the needs of a thriving resort schedule.

Proficiency in Spanish, Portuguese, or French is considered a significant plus.
