This is your chance to transition into a role where your contributions directly impact our clients' success in architectural and commercial glass projects. What You’ll Do – Key Responsibilities

Deliver exceptional customer support via phone, email, and occasional in-person meetings. Listen to customer needs and recommend customized solutions that align with our fabrication capabilities (including tempering, cutting, edging, polishing, notching, drilling, lamination, insulated units, and more). Accurately process and manage orders from quote to fulfillment, ensuring timely and error-free delivery. Read and interpret detailed architectural drawings, blueprints, and specifications to identify key requirements. Perform precise calculations for quoting, glass sizing, pricing, and material estimates. Guide customers smoothly through the entire sales cycle—from initial inquiry and consultation to order confirmation and follow‑up. Juggle multiple priorities in a fast‑paced environment while maintaining strong organization and time management. What We’re Looking For – Required Skills & Qualifications

Outstanding verbal and written communication skills. Exceptional attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy. Solid proficiency with Windows‑based systems and Microsoft Office (especially Word, Excel, and Outlook). Strong overall computer skills (you’ll complete a short computer skills assessment during the process). Willingness and ability to develop deep expertise in glass types, fabrication techniques, processes, and limitations. A customer‑focused mindset with the aptitude to thrive in a technical, service‑oriented sales environment. Position Highlights

Standard daytime hours — 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM (with potential flexibility to discuss). Location:
