Key Responsibilities

Develop and manage relationships with dairy producers, nutritionists, veterinarians, and key influencers throughout the territory

Identify new business opportunities and grow market share within North Central Wisconsin

Deliver product education, training, and on-farm support to customers

Collaborate with internal technical and leadership teams to ensure exceptional customer service

Meet and exceed sales goals through strategic territory management

Qualifications

Dairy sales experience preferred, but not required

Strong understanding of the dairy industry (production, herd health, nutrition, or management)

Self-motivated with strong communication and relationship-building skills

Entrepreneurial mindset with the drive to grow a territory

Ability to travel within the assigned region
