Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Sales Manager at CLAY COOLEY HYUNDAI MESQUITE, located in Mesquite, TX. The Sales Manager will oversee daily sales operations, develop and implement sales strategies, manage and motivate the sales team, and ensure customer satisfaction. Additional responsibilities include meeting dealership sales targets, building customer relationships, analyzing sales metrics, and collaborating with other departments to optimize business performance. The role requires strong leadership and a results‑driven mindset. Qualifications
Experience in sales management, team leadership, and meeting/exceeding sales targets Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills Analytical skills to interpret sales metrics and make data‑driven decisions Knowledge of the automotive industry and dealership operations Proficiency in customer relationship management (CRM) tools and software Ability to motivate and mentor a high‑performing sales team Problem‑solving skills and the ability to adapt to evolving business needs Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field preferred Valid driver’s license and compliance with state automotive sales regulations Prior experience in automotive sales or a similar industry is a plus
