Journey Construction, a division of Journey Group,

is growing and seeking a

Lead Carpenter

to join our team to construct, erect, install and repair structures and fixtures of wood, steel and wallboard. This role will be part of the Journey Construction department largely focusing on interior renovations for commercial businesses, specifically in the healthcare field. Be a part of a team that prioritizes safety, respect, and doing the right things, always.

Compensation A $1,500 sign‑on bonus is offered for new hires.

Qualifications

Technical education and/or 3 years of work experience, or combination of education and experience to meet essential job functions.

Experience in a leadership or lead role managing a team.

Knowledge of all general hand tools and carpenters' tools.
