Our agency client is looking for a Trade Show/Experiential Designer to join their team for a 3 month contract role!

Position Overview The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing engaging and innovative and 3D trade show exhibits and experiential marketing campaigns that effectively showcase our brand and products. This role requires collaboration with various departments to ensure a seamless execution of events that captivate our audience and enhance our brand presence.

Key Responsibilities

Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to develop creative concepts for trade show exhibits and experiential marketing events.

Design and create visually appealing exhibit layouts and graphics that align with brand guidelines.

Manage the entire design process from concept through execution, ensuring projects are completed on time and within budget.

Conduct research on industry trends and competitor exhibits to inform design decisions.

Coordinate with vendors and suppliers to procure materials and services needed for exhibits and events.

Oversee the setup and dismantling of exhibits at trade shows and events, ensuring adherence to safety standards and regulations.

Evaluate the success of trade show and experiential marketing initiatives to make data-driven improvements for future projects.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Marketing, Event Management, or a related field.

5+ years of experience in exhibit design, trade show planning, or experiential marketing.

Strong portfolio showcasing previous exhibit designs and event experiences.

Proficiency in design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).

Excellent project management skills with the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously.

Strong communication and collaboration skills to work effectively in a team environment.
