Known for hosting a variety of special gatherings, including weddings, corporate events, birthdays, anniversaries, and holiday parties, Commellini Estate is dedicated to creating memorable experiences for its guests.

Role Description This part-time, on-site role in Spokane, WA, involves managing sales for events at Commellini Estate. The Event Sales Manager will focus on cultivating client relationships, planning private events, creating event proposals, and ensuring seamless event execution. They will also be responsible for achieving sales goals, working with event teams, and providing exceptional customer service to enhance client satisfaction.

Compensation $22.00–$24.00/hour (DOE) + Commission

Qualifications

Event Planning and Event Management experience, with a strong understanding of organizing and coordinating private events

Sales experience with a proven ability to achieve targets and build client relationships

Excellent Communication skills for engaging with clients and working collaboratively with the event team

Experience with Private Events, ideally in a venue similar to Commellini Estate, is highly desirable

Strong organizational and time management skills

Demonstrated ability to work on-site in a fast-paced environment

Customer-focused mindset with a commitment to creating exceptional experiences
