What You’ll Do

Build strong connections with residents and ensure their needs are met

Support and mentor your onsite team

Oversee leasing, renewals, and occupancy goals

Coordinate maintenance, vendors, and daily operations

Uphold Fair Housing standards and company policies

Manage budgets, financial reporting, and vendor relationships

Confident leader with excellent communication skills

3 + Years as a property manager

Ability to stay organized and calm under pressure

Proficiency with property management software

Lead leasing performance and marketing initiatives

Analyze trends to maximize revenue and occupancy

Deliver exceptional customer service and resident engagement

Compensation

Salary $60k to $70k depending on experience
