Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for an Intake Specialist located at Alvandi Law Group’s office in Newport Beach, CA. The Intake Specialist will serve as the first point of contact for prospective clients, gathering essential case information, determining case eligibility, and assisting clients in understanding the process. Additional responsibilities include maintaining accurate records, communicating with insurance companies, and delivering exemplary customer service to ensure a positive client experience. Qualifications
Bilingual proficiency is required to better assist a diverse client base (English/Spanish) Strong Communication and Interpersonal Skills to engage with clients empathetically and professionally Experience in Client Intake and Customer Service roles, with attention to detail and accuracy Familiarity with Insurance processes and terminology is a plus Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment Proficiency in using office software and client management systems
