
Outreach Representative

The Outreach Representative is a field-based role focused on maintaining consistent visibility and presence within assigned referral territories. This position supports UHG’s growth efforts by visiting referral sources, distributing approved materials, reinforcing brand awareness, and maintaining regular in-person touchpoints. This is a structured W-2 position with defined expectations, daily activity standards, and leadership support.
Primary Purpose of the Role
Ensure UHG maintains consistent in-person visibility in assigned territories
Deliver marketing materials and updated service information
Maintain professional relationships with referral sources
Support the broader Growth & Impact team through reliable field presence
This role is about consistency, professionalism, and execution.
Daily Work Structure Outreach Representatives are expected to:
Start each day in the office to receive territory assignments and materials
Conduct in-person visits within assigned territory
Return to the office to log completed visits and outcomes
Participate in team check-ins and performance tracking
Daily activity expectations are clearly defined and measurable.
Key Responsibilities Field Presence & Visibility
Visit assigned physician offices, clinics, hospitals, SNFs, ALFs, and community partners
Deliver brochures, flyers, and approved marketing materials
Introduce yourself and reinforce UHG services
Maintain a professional and courteous presence in healthcare settings
Documentation & Accountability
Log visits and locations accurately
Report notable feedback or referral interest to leadership
Meet daily and weekly visit expectations
