Job Summary Meneses Law is looking for a HIGH energybilingual Customer Service Representativeto help with the organization and running of the daily administrative operations of our firm in order to assist our clients who are seeking legal options.

Essential Functions/Responsibilities

Assistwith day-to-dayoperations of our firm’sincoming calls and other communications.

Responds to customer inquiries andmaintainscustomer accounts according to specific guidelines and procedures.

Managelargeamounts of incoming phonecalls

Keep records of customer interactions, process customer accounts and file documents

Greeting clients and visitors as needed.

Updating paperwork,maintainingdocuments and word processing.

Helping organize andmaintainofficecommon areas.

Maintaining office equipment as needed.

Aiding with client reception as needed.

Creating,maintaining, and entering information into databases.

Handles multiple matters simultaneously.

Follows firm guidelines, policies, and procedures.

Maintain the strictest level ofclientconfidentiality.

Familiarity with common office processes, including filing,scanning, e-filingand handling mail.

Attention to detail to ensure all tasks are completed to a high standard.

Perform any other tasks or functionsdeemednecessary to the daily operations of the employer.

Required Skills/Abilities

Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Excellent organizational skills, time management skills, and attention to detail.

Strong phone contact handling skills and active listening

Customer orientation and ability to adapt/respond todifferent typesofcharacters

Proficient with technology and ability to learn our software systems.

Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite and MacOS systems.

Self-motivatedwith excellent interpersonal skills.

Friendly and strong commitment to customer service.

Principles and procedures of record keeping.

English usage, spelling, grammar, and punctuation.

Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Able to type 45 WPMor more.

Must beable to communicatein English and Spanish.

Education and Experience

Bachelor’s Degree Required

1 yearof Office Experience.

Job Types: Full-time Compensation Meneses Law believes in Work Life Balance. Operation hours are from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. plus 2 Saturdays a month for certain positions.
