This role is ideal for individuals with strong sales acumen, customer engagement skills, and a passion for the travel industry.
As a Sales Assistant/Sales Representative, you will:
Manage and engage with travel agencies to strengthen partnerships. Support key accounts and VIP customers to enhance client relationships. Solicit business from corporations, TMCs, leisure groups, consolidators, and subagents. Conduct market research and identify business opportunities. Assist in developing and executing sales strategies to increase revenue. Qualifications
To succeed in this role, you should have: A Bachelor's degree in Business, Administration, or a related field. At least 2 years experience in a travel agency or airport environment. Knowledge of the travel industry, including consolidators, TMCs, GDS, corporate/group sales, and ARC BI. At least 1 year experience with the SABRE system. Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
