Sales BDC Representative

Location: Helena Motors – Helena, MT Reports to: Sales Manager Employment Type: Full-Time

Position Summary The Sales BDC (Business Development Center) Representative is responsible for handling inbound and outbound customer inquiries, scheduling appointments, and assisting the sales team in generating leads. This role is crucial in ensuring a seamless customer experience, improving sales efficiency, and maintaining a high level of customer engagement.

Key Responsibilities

Handle inbound and outbound phone calls, emails, and text messages to engage potential and existing customers.

Schedule sales appointments and follow up with customers to confirm their visits.

Maintain and update the customer relationship management (CRM) system with accurate and detailed notes.

Respond promptly to online inquiries and leads from various platforms, ensuring timely and professional communication.

Work closely with the sales team to coordinate test drives, vehicle availability, and customer preferences.

Follow up with customers who have visited the dealership but have not yet purchased to encourage sales conversions.

Assist with digital marketing efforts by providing content for social media and email campaigns.

Maintain a positive and professional attitude when interacting with customers, ensuring a high level of satisfaction.

Meet and exceed performance goals related to lead response times, appointment setting, and customer satisfaction.

Qualifications & Skills

Previous experience in a dealership BDC, customer service, call center, or sales role preferred.

Strong verbal and written communication skills.

Excellent organizational and time management abilities.

Proficiency with CRM software and other sales-related technology.

Ability to handle a high volume of customer interactions while maintaining accuracy and professionalism.

A positive attitude, team-oriented mindset, and strong work ethic
