Territory: Rio Grande Valley, Laredo, and Corpus Christi, TX
Wound Consultants of South Texas is a fast-growing leader in advanced wound care solutions, surgical reconstruction, medical education, and supply management across South Texas. We’re expanding rapidly and adding 3 high-impact positions to our sales team in the RGV, Laredo, and Corpus Christi areas.

We’re seeking driven Medical Sales Representatives to forge lasting partnerships with surgeons, wound care centers, hospitals, and healthcare systems while promoting our industry-leading portfolio of cutting-edge products.
What We’re Looking For (Preferred Qualifications)
2+ years of proven experience in medical device or pharmaceutical sales (surgical/wound care experience a major plus)
Current surgical sales professionals eager to expand their portfolio and earnings potential are strongly encouraged to apply
Consistent track record of meeting or exceeding sales quotas and building territory growth
Exceptional communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills
Highly self-motivated, organized, and comfortable working independently in the field
1099 independent contractor structure + uncapped commission — designed for high achievers who thrive on performance-based earnings
