Role Description This is a full-time hybrid role for a Sales and Marketing Intern based in Austin, TX with flexibility to work remotely on select days. The Sales and Marketing Intern will assist in daily tasks that include supporting sales initiatives, conducting prospect outreach, providing excellent customer service, assisting with training sessions, and participating in sales management activities. The role involves collaborating with both sales & marketing teams to enhance customer engagement and support business development strategies.
Qualifications
Excellent Communication and strong Customer Service skills
Basic understanding of Sales principles and willingness to learn Sales processes
Ability to assist with Training and Sales Management tasks
Strong organizational and teamwork skills
Proficient in the use of Microsoft Office and CRM tools
Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field
Passionate about behavioral health and technology
Previous internship or experience in sales or marketing is a plus
