Fidium is expanding its fiber footprint and seeking Account Executives to drive growth through new logo acquisition and expansion within underpenetrated accounts. This role is focused on creating opportunity and maximizing market potential across your territory.

You’ll work directly with business owners and key decision‑makers to deliver high‑value connectivity solutions.

This position requires a highly independent, self‑starting sales professional who takes full ownership of their territory. The ideal candidate consistently builds pipeline through proactive prospecting, manages time effectively, and delivers results without day‑to‑day oversight.

Responsibilities

Drive new logo acquisition and expand underpenetrated accounts

Develop and execute a territory strategy to drive pipeline and growth

Build and manage a consistent pipeline through proactive prospecting and outreach

Engage business owners and decision‑makers to identify, position, and close opportunities

Own the full sales cycle from prospecting through close

Maintain accurate CRM activity and pipeline visibility

Consistently achieve or exceed sales targets

Actively invest in personal development and continuously improve sales effectiveness

Qualifications

Proven success in a quota‑carrying, new business sales role

Strong prospecting and pipeline development skills

Ability to sell effectively across multiple market segments and industry verticals

Highly self‑motivated with ability to work independently

Strong communication, discovery, and presentation skills

Effective time management and organizational skills

Growth‑oriented mindset with a commitment to continuous improvement

CRM experience (Salesforce preferable)

Valid driver’s license and ability to travel locally

Self‑motivated and highly driven

License required: Valid State Driver's License and a satisfactory driving record

Education And Experience

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and relevant sales experience

Proven track record of success in a quota‑carrying sales role

Salary Pay range (commensurate with skills and experience): $55K – $65 Base + Commission
