We are growing our technical sales team and looking for a driven, collaborative professional to support customers across the process and FGD (Flue Gas Desulfurization) industries. You will be joining a well-established team of experienced engineers and sales professionals ready to support you from the outset. Our products have been commercially available in the USA since the 1970s and are trusted by leading operators in power generation, marine, oil & gas, water treatment, metals, food processing, pulp & paper, and air handling.

Key Responsibilities
Manage and respond to Requests for Quotes (RFQs) from new and existing customers across your region
Schedule and conduct on-site sales visits with plant engineers, procurement teams, and EPC contractors
Select and propose solutions for mist elimination (ME) and mass transfer (MT) equipment - with team support
Translating customer process requirements into equipment specifications (e.g., mist eliminator selection, separator sizing, demister pad configurations).
Develop and deliver customer training and education sessions to support both internal and external sales teams
Accurately estimate costs and ensure proposals reflect profitable, competitive pricing
Contribute to advertising and promotional programs, helping to ensure effective field execution
Assist customers in identifying equipment requirements to ensure their process specifications are met
Represent the company's interests with professionalism in all sales and project coordination activities
Operate in industrial and construction site environments in compliance with OSHA guidelines
Travel approximately 40% of the time to visit current and prospective customer sites
Knowledge, Education & Experience
Bachelor's degree in engineering or equivalent hands‑on technical experience
5+ years of experience in technical sales, applications engineering, or account management capacity (preferred)
Prior exposure to fluid separation, mist elimination, mass transfer, or related separation technologies (preferred)
Comfortable working with airflow calculations at standard and non-standard conditions
Familiarity with cost estimating, manufacturing processes, and pricing practices
Understanding of contractual project coordination in the energy or process industries
Strong proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint)
Excellent verbal, written, and presentation communication skills
Ability to work independently and stay accountable to targets and deadlines
Comfortable managing complex, multi-stakeholder customer situations
Additional Details
Willingness to travel up to 40% (domestic and occasional international).
