Position Summary Brock Built, a leading homebuilder in Atlanta, GA, is seeking a New Home Inside Sales Coordinator to join our growing team in Cobb County and Midtown Atlanta communities. The New Home Sales Coordinator supports the onsite sales team by serving as the first point of contact for prospective buyers, managing inbound inquiries, and coordinating appointments that drive community traffic and sales opportunities. This role works closely with the Senior Sales Counselor to ensure the sales center operates smoothly while delivering an exceptional and welcoming buyer experience. The position blends customer service, sales support, and operational coordination within a fast‑paced new home community environment. We’re looking for self‑motivated individuals who bring enthusiasm, a positive attitude, and a strong work ethic to the table. The ideal candidate has a proven track record of exceptional customer service with excellent listening and follow‑up skills that build trust and deliver results.

Job Functions

Drive the Brock Built sales process and deliver exceptional customer service

Manage inbound sales inquiries, respond to customer questions, and schedule appointments for the onsite sales team while managing multiple inquiries simultaneously

Confirm appointments and follow up with prospects to maximize appointment attendance

Track inbound inquiries and appointments within the CRM system

Document prospect interactions, notes, and follow‑up actions

Ensure smooth handoffs of qualified prospects to the Senior Sales Counselor

Greet and assist prospective homebuyers visiting the sales center by welcoming guests, gathering initial needs, and answering basic questions

Support the Senior Sales Counselor with buyer communication and day‑to‑day sales center operations

Assist with planning and execution of community marketing events, realtor events, and open houses

Strong interpersonal and customer service skills with the ability to confidently engage prospective homebuyers

Excellent verbal and written communication skills across phone, text, and email

Strong organizational skills and attention to detail when managing leads, materials, and sales center operations

Comfortable using basic technology tools such as CRM systems, email platforms, calendars, and office equipment

Ability to work collaboratively with onsite sales leadership while maintaining professionalism with customers

Reliable, dependable, and able to maintain a professional sales center environment

Become a community subject matter expert (SME) in areas such as schools, utilities, shopping, tax information, etc., to better meet the needs of our clients

Develop and maintain relationships with the realtor community

Working and communicating effectively with customers and team members

Understanding and communicating the loan process

Flexibility to occasionally support weekend events or provide coverage during peak traffic periods or team absences

Other duties as assigned

Job Qualifications

1–3 years of experience in customer‑facing roles such as sales support, hospitality, real estate, or administrative coordination preferred

Experience handling inbound calls, appointment scheduling, or customer inquiries strongly preferred

Experience

Experience working in professional office or showroom environments is beneficial

Great listening skills & creative problem‑solving abilities

Ability to work both independently and as a collaborative team member

A high level of enthusiasm, as well as a high energy level

Commitment to integrity

Ability to prioritize and multi‑task and manage time well

Proficient with MS Office (Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, Excel)

Ability to work effectively under pressure, with a sense of urgency with evening/weekend work as needed

Valid driver’s license required

Must pass a pre‑employment drug screen

Education & Certifications

High School Diploma or GED required

Active Georgia Real Estate License required (or ability to obtain prior to start date if preferred structure is chosen)
