Mission Staffing is looking for a Sales Analyst to support our Consulting & Temporary Staffing division. This role will support business development efforts across industries including nonprofits, media, real estate, law firms, property management, consumer goods, and more!
Our team places professionals in areas such as Accounting, Finance, Office Support, Legal, Operations, Human Resources, and technology/creative.
We’re seeking a 2025/2026 graduate who is motivated to learn the staffing industry and interested in building a career in sales and business development.
What You’ll Do (First 6–12 Months)
Research companies that are actively hiring and identify potential clients
Build and maintain target lists and prospect databases
Conduct cold outreach and cold calling to introduce Mission Staffing to hiring managers
Schedule introductory conversations and help generate new business opportunities
Attend networking events and industry functions to build relationships
Support the team in expanding Mission’s consulting and temporary staffing services
Growth Path This role is designed as a training ground for future business development leaders. After 6–12 months, successful candidates will have the opportunity to transition into a Business Development Manager role with increased client ownership and revenue responsibility.
What We’re Looking For
2025/2026 graduate
Internship experience in sales, recruiting, or business development preferred
Comfortable with cold calling and outbound outreach
Money motivated, competitive, and goal-oriented
Strong communication and relationship-building skills
Interest in staffing, consulting, and business development
