Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Sales Support Specialist, located in Fort Lee, NJ. The Sales Support Specialist will provide administrative and operational support to the sales team, ensuring customer service excellence and seamless sales processes. Responsibilities include managing customer inquiries, assisting in sales operations, analyzing sales data, and supporting efforts to maintain customer satisfaction. Qualifications
Strong Customer Service and Customer Satisfaction skills to support clients and ensure exceptional experiences. Proficient Communication skills, both written and verbal, to effectively interact with customers and internal teams. Analytical Skills to interpret sales data and provide actionable insights that enhance efficiency and effectiveness. Experience in Sales Operations, including order processing, account management, and coordination with sales teams. High attention to detail, organization, and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment. Proficiency in relevant sales or CRM software is a plus. Bachelor’s degree or relevant experience in sales, customer service, or a related field preferred.
