Job Description
Cintas is seeking an Inside Direct Sale Specialist responsible for managing all lead activity generated from the service team. This role ensures timely follow‑up on service‑generated leads, drives conversion by actively engaging customers and closing sales, and sets new buyers up on Shop myCintas to enable ongoing purchases which will yield future direct‑sale growth. The Inside Direct Sale Specialist plays a key role in creating a seamless customer experience, strengthening partnership with operations, and contributing to increased revenue through efficient lead management and proactive sales support. 221397 Key Responsibilities
Receive and own sales leads from customers; ensure timely outreach, needs assessment, and follow‑through to close the sale. Enter and maintain all sales activities, opportunities, statuses, and notes in Dynamics to ensure accurate pipeline visibility and reporting. Follow up on all outstanding quotes and opportunities to move deals forward and resolve any questions or barriers to purchasing. Provide professional, responsive, and solution‑oriented support to customers to enhance satisfaction and encourage ongoing business. Monitor sales activity, conversion rates, and customer engagement to meet or exceed revenue and productivity targets. Successful Candidates
Take initiative on leads, follow‑ups, and customer needs without waiting to be prompted. Drive opportunities forward and treat every lead like a priority. Manage multiple leads, quotes, and follow‑ups at once; prioritize based on urgency, revenue potential, and operational needs. Use clear and effective verbal communication skills to express ideas, request actions and formulate plans or policies. Skills / Qualifications (Required)
High School diploma or GED. Minimum two years of sales experience in a professional environment. Preferred skills / qualifications
Bachelor’s degree preferred. Prior experience inside phone sales preferred. Benefits
