Gillette Heating & Air is expanding and looking for skilled New Construction HVAC Installers and Lead Installers to join our team in Spanish Fork. If you already have experience installing HVAC systems in new construction and want an opportunity to grow into a leadership role, this is a strong next step. Pay & Benefits
$24.00 - $28.00/hr for experienced installers
$28.00 - $35.00/hr for Lead Installers / Team Leads

What You’ll Do
Install residential HVAC systems in new construction homes
Install ductwork and ventilation systems according to code and company standards
Read and interpret blueprints and construction plans
Coordinate work with builders, project supervisors, and other trades
Maintain clean, safe, and organized job sites
Lead Installers / Team Leads Will Also
Oversee daily job site operations
Lead and support a small installation crew
Ensure work is completed accurately and on schedule
Assist with training apprentices and newer installers
What We’re Looking For Installer Level
Experience installing HVAC systems in new construction
EPA Certification required
RMGA Certification (or willingness to obtain)
Ability to read blueprints and follow build schedules
Reliable, detail‑oriented, and team‑focused
Lead Installer / Team Lead Level
Strong background in new construction HVAC installation
Previous lead installer or crew leadership experience preferred
Ability to guide and support a small team
Organized, dependable, and committed to quality workmanship
