Job Summary
Performs press set up on screen printing press and prints production parts for a variety of images on a wide range of materials ensuring compliance and adherence to the company’s work instructions and processes.
Essential Job Responsibilities
Responsible for proper set‑up of screen printing press to ensure proper registration, ink viscosity, color and print quality per work instructions.
Read and understand production orders / tickets and make sure all ticket instructions are followed.
Check / monitor parts during production run for quality, and make corrective adjustments as needed to meet quality standards and customer specs.
Responsible for meeting established productivity / performance standards on all jobs.
Maintain a clean work area and keep all equipment / machinery clean in support of the company’s 6S initiatives.

Required Skills
Strong attention to detail with a focus on quality at all times
Proficient with MS Office software (Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Outlook) and use of a PC
Strong verbal and written communication skills in English in support of the company’s safety and work instruction process.
Good math and analytical skills
Good decision making skills
Ability to plan and organize work activities with a focus on efficiency.
Ability to work under time constraints with changing priorities under minimal supervision
Must be able to follow directions and work in a team environment
Additional hours as necessary to accomplish objectives and goals
Required Education And Experience
High school diploma or GED equivalent
Previous experience in manufacturing environment a plus.
Hourly Pay Range: $22.00-$25.00
