About The Role The Account Executive is responsible for driving revenue within an assigned territory by developing new business, managing existing customer relationships, and securing product placements. This role focuses on building a strong pipeline, identifying opportunities, and executing the sales process from initial engagement through product placement. The Account Executive serves as a primary point of contact for customers and represents Gaming Arts in a competitive, regulated gaming environment through consistent, disciplined sales execution.
What You’ll Do
Drive new business and expand existing accounts within an assigned territory
Build and maintain strong relationships with casino operators and key decision‑makers
Execute sales strategies that grow installed base, increase product footprint, and support replacement cycles
Maintain a disciplined pipeline and forecast accuracy
Present product portfolios, lead demos, and position solutions aligned to customer needs and floor performance
Monitor market activity, competitive positioning, and customer trends to inform product strategy
Partner cross‑functionally with product, marketing, and operations to support successful product launches and placements
Represent Gaming Arts at industry events, trade shows, and customer engagements
What You Bring
2+ years of sales experience, preferably within gaming, casino, or related regulated industries
Previous gaming/casino sales experience a plus
Strong relationship management skills with the ability to influence and close at multiple levels
Proven ability to drive revenue growth and manage a territory
Commercial acumen with the ability to connect product performance to customer value
Experience managing sales pipelines and forecasts
Ability to travel as needed within assigned territory
Clear communication, presence, and professionalism in customer‑facing environments
Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience
Understanding of customer and gaming market dynamics and requirements
