Position Summary The Channel Sales Manager will execute the company's Channel strategy to grow PRN sales and market share. Responsibilities will include strategy development, securing new contracts, annual budgeting, promotions and incentives, C‑suite relationship building with key industry partners and customers.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities

Directly manage Channel & Distribution assigned account relationships and contracts, ensuring a pull‑through of PRN sales initiatives.

Negotiate/align with senior leaders on annual goals, contracts, rebates, and commissions to exceed the sales budget.

Negotiate contracts (annual, long‑term, short‑term) with partner executives in distribution and wholesale channels, engaging C‑suite decision‑makers.

Implement programs, conduct sales activities, report, and deliver sales training initiatives for assigned partners.

Partner with senior leaders to develop and manage the annual channel and distribution budget, including monthly forecasting, activity reporting, and strategic adjustments throughout the year.

Coordinate with Sales Leadership, Marketing, Finance, Regulatory, and Operations Teams to ensure high‑quality service for partners.

Manage partner‑area activities, including conferences, dinners, regional, and national sales meetings.

Perform all other tasks as requested or assigned.

Required Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in finance, business, animal health, or related industry required.

5+ years of experience in pharmaceutical sales with a minimum of three years specializing in distribution, channel, or account management.

Highly developed customer service skills with a proven ability to build strong client relationships and meet sales goals with reporting capabilities.

Excellent communication and presentation skills.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook) required.

Approximately 50% travel required.

Preferred Qualifications

MBA preferred.

Pharmaceutical sales in animal health/veterinary preferred.

CSM system experience preferred.

William Everett & Mary Ellen Mealman Scholarship Fund:

After one full year of employment, employees may receive tuition reimbursement for bachelor's level coursework related to their current or future roles.

Parental Leave:
