Our team works with municipalities, farmers, food processors, and waste management organizations to implement composting solutions that meet regulatory requirements, control costs, and produce high-quality compost.
We are seeking a Junior Sales Representative to support business development across the Midwest United States.
This role focuses on building relationships with municipalities, composting facilities, agricultural operations, and waste management organizations that are developing or expanding composting infrastructure.
Territory: Midwest United States
Location: Remote (must reside in the Midwest)
Compensation: Base salary + commissions
Candidates must be comfortable traveling regularly to customer sites, industry events, and project locations.
Responsibilities
Identify and develop new customer opportunities across the region
Travel to customer sites, industry events, and project meetings
Support sales efforts involving composting technology and infrastructure projects
Preferred (Not Required)
Background in agriculture, engineering, composting, environmental services, or equipment sales
Experience working with municipalities or public sector customers
This position is well suited for someone interested in working in the composting and organics recycling industry and building long-term customer relationships in a technical sales environment.
