About the Role Electrical Grid Monitoring (EGM) is helping utilities operate with greater visibility, faster response, and improved reliability through real‑time grid monitoring and analytics.
This is a full‑time, remote role, based in the U.S. (preference to Texas or Florida) focused on leading revenue growth across a defined territory, driving both direct sales and channel partner performance. This role combines strategic ownership with hands‑on execution—working closely with utilities, partners, and internal teams to expand EGM’s presence in the North American market.

What You’ll Do You will lead regional growth by building a strong pipeline across both direct and partner‑driven channels—driving revenue while expanding EGM’s presence within the utility market.
Drive pipeline development and revenue growth through both direct sales and channel partners
Lead and evolve EGM’s North American channel strategy in alignment with overall revenue goals
Build trusted relationships with utility executives and key decision‑makers
Partner closely with marketing and customer success to deliver a coordinated, high‑impact sales approach
Clearly articulate EGM’s value—translating grid intelligence into measurable operational outcomes for customers
Enable and support channel partners to effectively position and sell EGM solutions
Track performance against KPIs and maintain accountability across the channel organization
Identify growth opportunities through market insight, customer feedback, and competitive awareness
Develop and execute sales strategies that consistently meet and exceed revenue targets
Optimize territory coverage and ensure strong execution across regions and partners
This is a hands‑on leadership role requiring both strategic thinking and day‑to‑day execution to drive measurable results.
What You Bring You bring a strong combination of industry knowledge, sales leadership, and a track record of delivering results in complex, technical environments.
10+ years of experience in value‑based sales, including 5+ years selling technical solutions to electric utilities, with established industry relationships
Experience building and managing channel partner ecosystems and strategic alliances
Proven ability to grow pipeline and consistently deliver against revenue targets
Strong leadership skills with the ability to influence internal teams and external partners
Familiarity with the manufacturer representative network across the U.S. and Canada
Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
Data‑driven mindset with experience using CRM platforms (e.g., HubSpot) to manage pipeline, track KPIs, forecast revenue, and report on performance
Ability to think strategically while executing at a high level day‑to‑day
