Join Evolve Construction & Restoration! We help homeowners recover after storms and other damaging events by inspecting roofs and guiding them through insurance claims. We’re looking for motivated individuals who want to earn based on their effort and make a real difference in people’s lives.
What You’ll Do:
Inspect roofs for damage (climb ladders, take photos, assess damage)
Help homeowners with the insurance claims process
Generate leads through door-to-door outreach (find damage, knock on doors, and help neighbors)
No experience required – We’ll train you!
5% commission on company leads
10% commission on self-generated leads
Typical earnings: $80,000 – $200,000+ annually
Paid Quickly: Request your payout on Mondays, paid by Friday
What You Need:
Good communication skills – you’ll be working directly with homeowners
Transportation to drive to neighborhoods
A ladder - telescopic ladders will collapse small enough to fit any car
Physical fitness – comfortable with climbing ladders and walking around
