Role Description This is a full-time, on-site position based in Sunnyvale, CA, for an Inside Sales Specialist at VMI, Inc. The primary responsibilities include generating and qualifying leads, maintaining relationships with customers, and providing outstanding customer service to ensure satisfaction. The specialist will also handle client inquiries, contribute to sales strategies, and support the achievement of sales targets by collaborating with the sales team and other departments. This role requires effective communication and a keen understanding of the company’s industry offerings.
Qualifications
Experience in Inside Sales and Lead Generation
Proficiency in Customer Satisfaction and Customer Service strategies
Excellent Communication skills, both verbal and written
Ability to work collaboratively and meet sales targets
Strong problem-solving and organizational abilities
Prior experience in AV or broadcast industry is a plus
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field is preferred
