What You'll Do You’ll play a critical role in making sure freight moves successfully every day.
Responsibilities include:
Booking and negotiating freight with carriers
Managing shipments from pickup to delivery
Building relationships with reliable carriers
Communicating proactively with customers
Tracking shipments and solving problems quicklyUnderstanding freight markets and seasonal trends
Protecting service by properly vetting carriers
Ensuring every shipment meets Forza’s
no-fail service standard
At Forza,
execution matters more than excuses.
Experience Preferred but not required:
Freight brokerage or logistics experience
Carrier sales or operations experience
Strong communication skills
Ability to multitask and stay organized under pressure
Strong work ethic and attention to detail
