POSITION SUMMARY: Exceptional Stays is seeking a dedicated Property Manager to oversee the maintenance, care, and exceptional service standards of our prestigious luxury residences in Telluride, CO. This role requires a detail-oriented professional who thrives on precision and consistency, ensuring every property meets our exacting standards while building strong relationships with owners and coordinating seamlessly with vendors and service teams. The ideal candidate will combine technical expertise in home infrastructure with exceptional organizational abilities, managing everything from routine maintenance inspections to emergency responses, while maintaining meticulous records and delivering personalized service that exceeds owner expectations.

RESPONSIBILITIES: Key Responsibilities Property Operations

Maintain property condition, functionality, and readiness across assigned homes

Perform inspections, preventative maintenance, and coordinate repairs as needed

Manage work orders, supplies, and ongoing property upkeep

Vendor & Project Coordination

Engage and oversee vendors, contractors, and third-party caretakers

Coordinate maintenance projects, upgrades, and property improvements

Guest & Owner Experience

Resolve property-related issues and service requests quickly and professionally

Monitor guest feedback and implement improvements to enhance satisfaction

Build strong owner relationships through proactive communication and reporting

Financial & Administrative

Track billable hours, expenses, and owner charges with accuracy

Review work orders and monthly statements to ensure proper billing

Team & Operations Support

Participate in on-call rotations and respond to after-hours needs

Support property onboarding, seasonal audits, and company initiatives

QUALIFICATIONS

High School Diploma or GED is required.

Minimum of 2 years of experience in short term rentals.

Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment with a strong sense of urgency.

Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail with the ability to multitask.

Excellent oral, written, and listening skills.

Strong interpersonal and emotional intelligence skills.

Honest, respectful, trustworthy, dependable, and caring.

Proficient with communication technology (MS Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, chat applications).

Experience with and knowledge of home infrastructure and mechanics.

Upbeat, positive disposition with a genuine "can do" attitude.

COMPENSATION & BENEFITS: Annual Salary: $55,000 - $60,000

Bonus Eligible for a target bonus up to 10% of the annual base salary, subject to applicable deductions and withholdings. For 2026, the bonus will be pro-rated for the portion of the year employed.
