This position is eligible for health, dental, vision, insurance, and 401(K).

Responsibilities

Review and update daily credit ratings based on prior-day activity

Generate and manage daily follow-up lists using internal systems

Plan and execute a structured daily call schedule, completing 10–20 collection calls per day

Communicate with customers regarding account balances, payment status, and credit terms

Support internal teams with credit limit exceed requests and account inquiries

Issue collection correspondence, including reminder notices, pre-COD notifications, and demand letters

Maintain accurate customer account records, including updates to names, addresses, and tax status

Prepare accounts for escalation, including compiling credit data, invoices, and collection history documentation

Handle inbound calls to provide credit approvals and account information

Respond to management inquiries regarding account status and collection progress

Reconcile accounts and resolve discrepancies in a timely manner

Participate in regular account review meetings, including monthly accounts receivable reviews

Research account issues and process adjustments, including refunds, payment reapplications, and corrections

Investigate and document disputes, coordinate with appropriate departments for resolution, and track progress through completion

Requirements

3+ years of commercial (B2B) collections experience

Associate's degree in Accounting preferred
