CENCO Claims is expanding spring field operations and is seeking a Residential Property Adjuster to support daily inspections in the Santa Fe, NM area. This role focuses on residential claims and offers consistent assignments, flexible scheduling, and direct support from an experienced claims team.

Key Responsibilities

Conduct on-site inspections of residential properties to evaluate reported damage

Prepare accurate repair estimates using Xactimate

Capture clear photo documentation and detailed field notes

Communicate professionally with policyholders and carrier representatives

Manage claim files efficiently and submit reports within required timelines

Qualifications

Proficiency with Xactimate estimating software

Working knowledge of residential construction and damage assessment

Strong attention to detail, organization, and communication skills

Reliable transportation and a valid driver’s license

Active New Mexico adjuster license or designated home state license
