About the Practice
I’m partnering with a nationally recognized U.S. law firm with over 700 attorneys and a highly ranked Real Estate Department. The team advises institutional investors, developers, and lenders on complex, high-value transactions nationwide, with a particularly strong reputation in affordable housing and community development.
What You’ll Be Doing
Manage and track real estate transactions from inception to closing Coordinate due diligence, including title, survey, and zoning review Prepare and organize transaction documents, checklists, and closing binders Liaise with title companies and assist with document recordation Support HUD and regulatory submissions Assist with closings and ongoing transaction management
What They’re Looking For
5+ years of paralegal experience within a law firm environment Background in commercial real estate, affordable housing, or finance Experience handling complex, document-heavy transactions Strong organizational, drafting, and communication skills Detail-oriented with ability to manage multiple priorities Bachelor’s degree and strong technical proficiency required
What’s on Offer
Base salary $80,000 – $100,000 depending on experience Hybrid working model (3 days in office) Exposure to high-profile, impactful real estate transactions Strong mentorship and career progression opportunities
