Job Title: Parts Advisor/Parts Team Member – Ferrari

Job Summary
We are seeking a highly organized, detail-driven Parts Counter Professional to support the Parts Department at our Ferrari service center. This role plays a vital part in upholding Ferrari’s world‑class standards by ensuring accurate parts ordering, inventory support, and timely assistance to service technicians and clients.
Key Responsibilities
Support daily operations of the Ferrari Parts Department
Assist with inventory management of Ferrari parts, accessories, and special‑order components
Order, track, and receive parts through Modis and approved suppliers
Ensure accurate and timely parts availability for service, restoration, and warranty repairs
Maintain inventory accuracy through proper documentation, labeling, and storage practices
Provide parts support to service technicians and advisors in a professional and efficient manner
Process warranty parts returns and core exchanges in accordance with Ferrari policies
Assist with inventory counts, audits, and obsolescence control
Maintain a clean, organized, and professional parts storage and counter area
Uphold Ferrari brand standards in appearance, communication, and customer interaction
Qualifications & Skills
Previous experience in an automotive parts counter or parts support role
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
Ability to accurately handle high‑value inventory
Clear communication and teamwork skills
Working knowledge of automotive parts ordering and inventory processes
Proficiency with Modis, CDK, and Microsoft Office (or ability to learn quickly)
Preferred Experience
1–3 years of automotive parts counter experience
Experience with luxury or exotic automotive brands (Ferrari, Lamborghini, Porsche, etc.)
Familiarity with dealership service department workflows
Work Environment
Dealership and climate‑controlled parts warehouse
Full‑time position; flexibility may be required to meet service demands
Professional appearance and conduct consistent with Ferrari brand expectations
