Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role for a Customer Service Representative located in Strongsville, OH. The Customer Service Representative will be responsible for assisting customers through phone, email, and in-person interactions, resolving inquiries, processing orders, providing product information, and maintaining accurate and detailed records. The role will involve collaborating with internal teams to address customer needs and ensure a high-quality service experience. Qualifications
Customer service skills, including active listening, problem-solving, and relationship building
Strong communication abilities, both verbal and written
Proficiency in data entry and maintaining accurate records
Familiarity with order processing, record management, and inventory systems
Ability to multitask, prioritize work, and meet deadlines effectively
Team-oriented mindset with a proactive approach to improving processes
High school diploma or equivalent required; additional education or training is a plus
Previous experience in customer service or a similar role is an advantage
