Job Title: Customer Service Representative
Duration: 6+ Months Contract (Temp to perm)
Shift: Monday - Friday 8 to 5pm
Qualifications:
High School diploma or GED required.
1 – 3 years’ experience in a customer service-related role
Excellent computer skills are required with proficiency in Microsoft Office 365
Demonstrated problem-solving skills.
Demonstrated skill in working in teams and independently driven work.
Preferred :
Solid technical background, including a mechanical aptitude, aptitude for technical specifications, and appreciation for industrial equipment and processes.
ERP system experience required, SAP preferred.
Responsibilities:
The Customer Service Representative serves as the primary point of contact for customers, providing information about applications, design, pricing, and lead times.
Their responsibilities include pricing, order entry, tracking order status, handling invoicing, addressing complaints, and issuing credits.
To perform these tasks effectively, the representative must collaborate with various departments.
All activities are carried out with a focus on the customer, ensuring speed, accuracy, high quality, and a service-oriented attitude that promotes positive customer relations.
