Product Marketing Manager
to join a fast-growing, mission-driven technology company in Arlington, VA.
This role sits at the intersection of product, sales, and marketing and is ideal for a strategic, hands‑on product marketer who excels at translating complex technical capabilities into clear, compelling market narratives.
This is a high‑impact opportunity for a strong storyteller who enjoys shaping go‑to‑market strategy, enabling sales teams, and driving product adoption in a fast‑paced, high‑growth environment.
Only candidates that are able to be in‑office 5x/week in Arlington, VA will be considered.
Location Arlington, VA Onsite role, 5 days/week
Employment Direct hire opportunity Full‑time, 40 hours per week Onsite work environment
Role Responsibilities
Translate complex product capabilities into clear value propositions, messaging frameworks, and market‑facing narratives
Partner cross‑functionally with Product, Engineering, Sales, and Marketing teams to align messaging and go‑to‑market strategy
Support and execute go‑to‑market plans for product launches, including positioning, messaging, and internal enablement
Develop high‑impact sales enablement materials such as pitch decks, one‑pagers, and competitive battlecards
Conduct market and competitive analysis to inform positioning and identify opportunities for differentiation
Develop customer insights including personas, use cases, and win stories to strengthen messaging and sales efforts
Ensure consistency of product messaging across campaigns, channels, and customer touchpoints
Track and analyze content performance and engagement metrics to optimize messaging and drive product adoption
Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to translate technical product updates into clear customer benefits
Skills and Experience
5+ years of experience in product marketing within a B2B SaaS environment
Strong foundation in messaging, positioning, and go‑to‑market strategy
Exceptional writing and storytelling skills with the ability to translate complex concepts into clear, compelling content
Experience developing sales enablement materials and supporting revenue teams
Proven ability to simplify technical products and articulate customer value
Strong cross‑functional collaboration and stakeholder management skills
Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast‑paced environment
Experience in a startup or high‑growth company
