from June 15, 2026 to August 7, 2026, working Monday through Friday 9:00 am to 4:00 pm at our Lake Forest, CA headquarters. The internship will include a team building/volunteering event over 3 different evenings within the program.

Hourly Rate:

$20.00.

Summary The Solutions Marketing Intern position is a temporary entry‑level role focused on content creation for the software and services portfolio of products. The intern will learn content creation and distribution processes within the TABS marketing team, under close guidance and support. This role will provide hands‑on learning opportunities in the creation of marketing materials for various audiences. Under immediate supervision, the intern shall complete a variety of routine tasks in support of the goals and needs of the Department.

Responsibilities

Work closely under the guidance of Department Management and staff to provide administrative support including but not limited to entry‑level departmental tasks as indicated below:

Rebrand content into PowerPoint.

Convert PDFs into cards, brochures, vertical files for vendors.

Provide support on project management, asset management and archiving.

Support paid media execution by coordinating file prep, version tracking, placement specification and deadlines.

Support Marketing ops including request intake, data coordination, pricing change support, operational reporting.

Competitive research.

Learn about departmental processes and procedures along with corresponding controls.

Under management guidance, support entry‑level activities.

Work closely with management or more senior staff to learn how to generate and review departmental reporting (scheduled and ad‑hoc).

Assist with special projects as instructed.

Perform other related duties as assigned.

Qualifications

Sophomore, junior, or senior level undergraduate student, or graduate student, attending an accredited college in good standing or recent graduate (within six months) of an accredited college.

Must be pursuing a Marketing Degree, or a closely related major (Business or similar).

Must have completed introductory business courses and have a basic understanding of Marketing principles.

Ability to meet deadlines, multi‑task efficiently and prioritize assignments.

Good analytical and problem-solving skills with demonstrated initiative.
