Role Description We are seeking a Marketing Supervisor to lead and manage marketing initiatives at Chick-fil-A Livonia, MI. This full-time, on-site role involves overseeing market planning, conducting market research, developing and executing local marketing strategies, and collaborating with the team to drive sales and brand awareness. The Marketing Supervisor will play a key role in supporting communication efforts and assisting the wider team in driving business growth while maintaining strong connections to the community.
Qualifications
Proficiency in Market Planning and Market Research to develop effective campaigns
Analytical Skills to assess marketing data and identify trends for strategic decisions
Exceptional Communication skills to engage with team members, potential clients, and community partners
Experience in Sales management to drive growth and customer engagement
Ability to lead a team and collaborate across departments effectively
Familiarity with digital marketing tools and techniques is a plus
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field preferred
Proven experience in a marketing or supervisory role
