This is a full‑time exempt position located in McHenry, IL. The pay range is $105,000–$115,000 per year with bonus potential. We offer a hybrid schedule, three days in the office (Monday, Tuesday & Thursday) and two remote days (Wednesday & Friday). Remote work may be considered for the right candidate.

Position Overview The Sales Enablement & Training Manager designs, delivers, and continuously improves onboarding, training, and enablement programs that accelerate sales readiness and performance. The role partners closely with Sales Leadership, Product, Marketing, and pillar leaders to equip sales teams with the knowledge, skills, tools, and messaging needed to succeed across all segments.
Key Accountabilities
Sales Onboarding – Design and deliver structured onboarding programs for new sales hires.
Define onboarding milestones, success metrics, and time‑to‑productivity benchmarks.
Continuously refine onboarding content based on feedback, performance trends, and evolving business needs.
Training & Curriculum Development – Design, develop, and facilitate live and virtual trainings tailored to different sales roles.
Create scalable training materials (playbooks, guides, presentations, videos, reinforcement tools).
Ensure training content is practical, role‑specific, and aligned to real‑world scenarios.
Product & Go‑To‑Market Enablement – Collaborate with Product and Marketing to support launches.
Translate product capabilities into sales‑ready content and training.
Train sales teams on value propositions, competitive positioning, and use cases.
Partnership with Pillar Leaders – Customize training to pillar‑specific needs and goals.
Provide insights and recommendations based on training outcomes and performance trends.
Performance Improvement & Upskilling – Identify gaps, deliver coaching and upskilling programmes.
Support managers with tools and frameworks to reinforce training.
Develop guidelines for Partners and Outside Sales Consultants (OSCs).
Measurement & Continuous Improvement – Track and measure effectiveness using defined metrics.
Collect feedback from teams and leadership; analyze trends; recommend enablement solutions.
Requirements
Ability to travel 10-50% of the time.
3-5 years of experience.
Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
Advanced computer skills.
Proven experience in sales enablement, training or leadership.
Strong understanding of sales processes, methodologies, and customer engagement strategies.
Experience partnering cross‑functionally with Product, Marketing, and Sales Leadership.
Ability to design and facilitate engaging training for diverse audiences.
Strong communication, presentation, and coaching skills.
Data‑driven mindset, ability to translate insights into actionable training solutions.
