We're a fast-moving startup targeting the US and Canadian markets. We've built a team in India with real capability — and now we need the right leader to unlock it. That's you. You'll own the strategy, set the standard, and run point on execution from day one.

WHAT YOU'LL OWN

Team leadership:

Lead the India-based outbound team — set the standard, build the playbook, drive accountability. Lead by doing, not by watching.

Target account strategy:

Define the ICP, build target account lists across US and Canada, segment by industry, profile, and buying signals.

Persona mapping:

Find the right contacts inside each account — multiple entry points — and understand exactly what moves each one.

Campaign architecture:

Build and run multi-touch outbound across email, LinkedIn, and direct channels — sequenced, coordinated, built to convert.

Messaging direction:

Develop hooks and angles that earn replies. Know what lands with a CFO versus a VP of Ops, and use AI tools to produce it fast.

Sales alignment:

Keep hand-offs tight and feedback loops short. Every real conversation sharpens the next campaign.

Stack and workflow ownership:

Own the tooling — sequencers, intent data, enrichment, CRM, AI workflows. Build new efficiencies every week.

Pipeline accountability:

Own the numbers. Reply rates, meetings booked, pipeline generated. You report clearly and use data to move faster.

WHO YOU ARE YOU'VE DONE THIS — FOR REAL Not directed it. Done it. You've personally written sequences, pulled lists, tested angles, built the reports, and owned the results. You can name the pipeline numbers your programs generated and walk us through exactly how you got there.

5+ years in B2B outbound demand gen — hands‑on, not hands‑off.

Deep experience with sequencing platforms — Outreach, Salesloft, Apollo, or similar.

Intent data and account intelligence — 6sense, Bombora, ZoomInfo, or similar.

LinkedIn outbound — Sales Navigator, connection campaigns, direct outreach at scale.

CRM fluency — Salesforce or HubSpot. You build your own dashboards.

Startup or early‑stage background where you built results with lean resources.

Experience leading an outbound team — setting standards, coaching on messaging, driving outcomes.

YOU LIVE IN AI TOOLS Claude, ChatGPT — you’re fluent. You use AI to write faster, research smarter, build workflows that would take a team to run manually. Productivity improvement isn’t a goal for you. It’s a daily habit.

Build AI‑assisted sequences, personalization, and research workflows from scratch.

Use AI as a force multiplier — more output, higher quality, less manual grind.

Always testing new ways to do more with less.

WHAT SUCCESS LOOKS LIKE

30 days:

ICP defined, target accounts loaded, first sequences live. You’re already running experiments.

90 days:

Multi‑persona program running, team in rhythm, first meetings from your campaigns on the calendar.

6 months:

Consistent, measurable pipeline from outbound. You’ve scaled the winners and cut the rest.

12 months:

A repeatable outbound engine that punches above its weight — and you know exactly how to grow it.

WHAT YOU GET COMPENSATION

Base salary:

$125,000 — strong, unconditional, reflects the seniority of this role.

Performance variable:

Up to $125,000 tied to pipeline outcomes — structured to be winnable, not a paper number. $250,000 OTE for the right performer.

Equity:

A real stake, not a rounding error. You’re coming in early — and you’ll be compensated like it.
