THE ROLE:
Identify and implement continuous improvement initiatives across machining and manufacturing operations to reduce waste and improve productivity.
Work closely with shop floor teams to analyze workflows, production processes, and operational inefficiencies.
Develop and support process improvement strategies, including lean manufacturing principles and operational best practices.
Collaborate with leadership to drive operational excellence initiatives and support long-term automation and technology integration projects.
THE PERSON:
Proven experience in continuous improvement, operational excellence, or manufacturing process improvement.
Strong shop floor experience within machining or manufacturing environments.
Self‑motivated with the ability to identify inefficiencies and implement practical solutions.
Comfortable working closely with operations teams and leadership to deliver measurable improvements.
Analytical mindset with a focus on waste reduction, productivity improvements, and process optimization.
