Job Title:
Senior Coordinator, Experiential & Production
Primary Work Location:
New York, NY
Overview We are seeking a proactive and detail‑driven professional to join our Experiential and Production team. The Senior Coordinator will play an integral role in producing best‑in‑class brand activations, hospitality programmes, and live events across a range of clients and industries. This individual should bring a strong understanding of event operations, vendor management, and client servicing, with the ability to thrive in a fast‑paced, collaborative environment. The ideal candidate has hands‑on production experience, excellent organisational skills, and a solutions‑oriented mindset.
Responsibilities
Plan, produce and execute experiential activations, hospitality programmes and live events from concept to completion.
Manage select workstreams independently while supporting senior team members on larger, complex programmes.
Develop timelines, production schedules, budgets and vendor trackers to ensure projects stay on time and within scope.
Build and maintain relationships with venues, vendors and suppliers to ensure quality and cost efficiency.
Oversee select elements of on‑site event set‑up, logistics and staff management.
Create professional client deliverables including decks, budgets, run‑of‑shows and post‑event recaps.
Contribute to RFP responses, creative brainstorms and proposal development.
Own invoicing, purchase orders and job reconciliations.
Maintain inventory and oversee shipping logistics for event materials.
Provide clear communication to internal stakeholders and clients, ensuring alignment on next steps and deliverables.
Participate in on‑site event support, including nights and weekends as required.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Event Management, Sports Management or a related field, or 4 additional years of relevant experience.
3+ years of professional experience in experiential marketing, live event production, brand activations or agency work.
Technical Skills:
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and Google Workspace.
Strong working knowledge of project management tools such as Asana or Smartsheet.
Familiarity with Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, or InDesign) preferred.
Experience developing and managing event budgets.
Core Competencies:
Strong organisational and time‑management skills with the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously.
Excellent written and verbal communication, with strong attention to detail.
Confident working independently while collaborating effectively across teams.
Positive, adaptable and composed under pressure with a can‑do attitude.

Job Requirements
Ability to travel and work evenings and weekends as needed for events.
Must be able to lift up to 20 lbs and assist with physical event set‑up.

Compensation Salary Range: $66,300
