About Us A leading advanced engineering organization is seeking a Regional Sales Manager to drive strategic growth within one of their sectors. This is not transactional sales; it is consultative, technical, and solution-driven business development within a highly regulated and complex industry. You will represent a full portfolio of engineered products and services, working closely with engineering, manufacturing, and project teams to deliver high impact solutions to clients. Responsibilities
Drive regional revenue growth and meet or exceed annual sales targets
Identify and develop new business opportunities within nuclear utilities and related markets
Analyze client challenges and build technical solutions in collaboration with engineering and manufacturing teams
Prepare and present detailed proposals to executive and technical audiences
Lead contract negotiations through final signature
Maintain and manage an accurate sales pipeline
Transition signed contracts to project teams and support execution as needed
Provide market intelligence and competitive insight to leadership
Travel approximately 25 to 50 percent to customer sites and industry events
Qualifications
Minimum 5 years experience within the nuclear power industry
Background in business development, project execution, or project management within nuclear environments
Knowledge of dry storage of used nuclear fuel, heat transfer systems, small modular reactors, or high level waste technologies preferred
Bachelor’s degree in a STEM discipline, ideally Mechanical or Nuclear Engineering
Strong commercial acumen with the ability to translate technical concepts into business solutions
Excellent communication and presentation skills
Ability to gain and maintain unescorted access to nuclear facilities
U.S. Citizen or Permanent Resident status required
