Schedule:
Monday – Friday 8:30am-5pm
Must be available for all Philadelphia Union home games (In office hours flexed during game weeks).
Our Client in Camden, NJ is seeking a Partnership & Event Activation Coordinator to support major sports partnership initiatives, on-site activations, and vehicle program management. This role requires strong communication skills, event experience, and the ability to collaborate across multiple departments. Candidates must be flexible to work nights, weekends, and holidays as required for Philadelphia Union home games.
Key Responsibilities
Coordinate Philadelphia Union & Subaru Park game-day activations, including interactive games, giveaways, vehicle displays, and pet adoption events.
Oversee third-party activation agency partners during events.
Manage Subaru dealership partnership integrations including ticket allocations, corporate suites, halftime videoboard features, and retailer activities.
Create lead generation forms, QR codes, and track results from events.
Manage a fleet of 10+ Subaru corporate vehicles—ordering, replacing, delivery coordination, wrap design, installation, and general administration.
Submit creative requests to internal creative services.
Support specialists with vendor and supplier relationships, ensuring timely and budget‑aligned execution.
Track, monitor, and report on competitive trends and best practices.
Assist with various project management tasks as assigned.
Candidate Requirements
Education:
BA/BS in Marketing, Business, or related field.
Experience:
Sports Partnership or Experiential Marketing experience preferred.
Large-scale event or activation experience; hosting experience a plus.
Technical Skills:
Proficiency with MS Excel, PowerPoint, and Microsoft Teams.
Communication:
Excellent written and verbal communication skills required.
Strong organization and attention to detail.
Proven ability to complete projects on time with high quality.
Outgoing personality with the ability to initiate cross‑department communication.
Adaptable, reliable, and diligent.
Availability:
Must be flexible to work nights, weekends, and holidays in an outdoor stadium environment.
Licensing:
Must have a valid driver’s license, be able to drive, and maintain a clean driving record.
